Photos, local data, and sharing

The app copies photos you select into local storage to make puzzles. Puzzle progress, preferences, and ad-unlocked picture IDs are also stored locally. These photos and saves are not uploaded to an operator-run server. Device backups may contain local app data depending on Apple settings. No app login is required.

Save Video requests permission to add a video to Photos. Share Photo sends the selected completed picture through iOS to the destination you choose, which handles it under its own policies. The game does not need permission to read your entire Photos library to save a video.

Saved puzzles remain until you delete them in My Puzzles or remove the app, subject to device backup behavior. Deleting a puzzle does not remove purchase entitlements or ad unlocks.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. The app uses information from Apple about your purchases to check theme ownership and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes information under its own Privacy Policy.

Optional advertising and privacy choices

If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, Jigsaw Puzzle - Make Your Own uses Google AdMob and Google's privacy messaging service. Google says its mobile advertising services may collect IP address, which may be used to estimate general location; crash and performance data; device identifiers; advertising data; and interactions with ads or the app. Google describes these data as used for advertising and analytics, diagnosing problems, evaluating and improving performance and features, and improving advertising performance.

Jigsaw Puzzle - Make Your Own requests non-personalized rewarded ads. Google says non-personalized ads are not based on past behavior, but cookies or mobile identifiers may still be used for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fraud or abuse prevention. You can change available advertising choices in Settings. When additional advertising privacy choices are required, Google provides them through Privacy Choices.

Website hosting and online pictures

These Support and Privacy pages are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare says that when people access customer websites using its services, information it processes may include IP addresses, traffic routing data, system configuration information, and other information about traffic to and from the website. The current release does not have an online Daily picture feed configured. If online content delivery is enabled later, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the provider and information involved before that feature is represented as active.

Audience and changes

Jigsaw Puzzle - Make Your Own is intended for a broad audience that can include children and adults. We will update this Privacy Policy when our practices materially change and show the new effective date.

Contact, requests, and retention

If you email justfunsupportteam@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the content you send. We keep support and privacy request emails only as long as reasonably needed to respond and handle reasonable follow-up, and may keep information where needed for an obligation that applies to us. You can ask us to delete information from your messages that we control. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to ask what personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. You can also raise a privacy concern. We review requests relating to information we control and respond as appropriate. Apple, Google, and other services control their own records under their own policies; we cannot access, change, or delete records they control.
